Training Schedule

 a) 3 times a week (2 hours) [Takes 20 weeks to complete programme] 

 b) 4 times a week (2 hours) [Takes 10 weeks to complete programme]

Students will perform an estimated of 1min 30sec routine after 10 weeks and receive a certificate upon completion of this program.

 

After Swan 4, students may proceed to choreograph their own routine and participate in the competitive artistic swimming programme.
